Product Details
The Classic Wooden Yoyo is a timeless toy and the perfect little distraction to keep in a bag or pocket. Made from smooth wood, it has a satisfying weight and spin that makes learning the basic roll and catch genuinely rewarding, with plenty of tricks to work up to once children get the hang of it.
Each yoyo measures around 5.5 by 5.5 by 3cm, so it is compact enough to take anywhere, on holidays, days out or long journeys. We offer free standard UK delivery on every order.
Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch weekday orders the same day where possible; during busy periods please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are handled on the next working day.
Delivery Time
We deliver across the United Kingdom.
- UK standard delivery: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas (Highlands & Islands): please allow a little longer.
While we always aim for timely delivery, once your parcel has been handed to the courier we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or weather-related disruptions.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will usually try again the next working day or leave a card so you can arrange collection from a local collection point.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before finalising your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with clear photos of the packaging and the item and we will put things right as quickly as possible. If tracking shows “delivered” but your parcel has not arrived, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first, then get in touch so we can help investigate with the courier.
